Terms & Conditions:

All permanent makeup students are required to pay a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure their seat and receive their student kit. Full payment is due one week prior to the class date. Students must inform me or Kayla no later than three weeks before class if they plan to provide their own model. All students are responsible for completing Blood-borne Pathogens and CPR certifications and providing Hepatitis B vaccination records prior to training. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers are permitted for any reason.
